Agents often update price guides throughout a campaign or state lower guides to draw in bidders. TruePrice takes a snapshot of the price guide the moment a listing launches. When you view the listing, you see the exact difference (drift) between the starting price range and current pricing, warning you of potential underquoting before you spend money on inspections.

When a property passes in at auction or fails to reach a record price, agents frequently hide the outcome by listing it as 'Contact Agent' to protect their brand. TruePrice lets community members who attended the auction log the final price and notes. This updates the database instantly for all users, bypassing the standard 3-month government register delay.

Absolutely. TruePrice is built using Manifest V3 standards. It operates strictly on supported real estate portals to match property listings and does not track personal browsing history, save cookies, or collect identity data. All crowdsourced entries are logged anonymously.
